![]() ![]() ![]() You should be able to create a real 2D pattern though easily yourself after looking at the UV results after laying out seams were a clothing pattern would have the seams and UV unwrapping in Blender. Well that's odd, because all it needs is seam functionality similar to Blender's, the MD unwraps it, creates a 2D pattern from it, and lets you label the pattern pieces and there you have a clothing pattern, The big difference would be though that tradition sewing patterns are really flat because they are designed for flat cloth while UV unwrapping is more of a Mercator 2D projection from a 3D model so not as good as a real 2D clothing pattern. I just got an aswer on MD forum - it says it is impossible as the model "don't remember" where the sewings were made and considers the whole model as a single mesh.
